The short version

Pure Pressure Cleaning is a one-person exterior cleaning business in Nashville, Tennessee. If you call for an estimate, the information you give is used to quote and carry out that work. It is not sold, rented or traded.

What is collected

Only what you tell us. When you call or message, that typically means your name, phone number, the address of the property to be cleaned, and a description of the work. If you send photographs of your property, those are used to prepare the estimate.

What this website collects

This site has no analytics, no advertising pixels and sets no cookies of its own. It does not track you between pages or across sites, and it builds no profile of you.

Two pages make a request to another company, and only these two:

• Google Fonts, on every page, for the typeface. Served by Google and subject to Google's own privacy terms.
• The estimate form on the contact page, described below. No other page loads it.

The estimate form

The form on the contact page is provided by LeadConnector (GoHighLevel), which Pure Pressure uses to receive and keep track of estimate requests. It is embedded from api.leadconnectorhq.com and loads a script from link.msgsndr.com.

What you type into it — your name, your contact details, the property address and what needs cleaning — goes to Pure Pressure through that system, and is used to quote and carry out the work. Because the form is embedded from another company, that company processes what you submit on Pure Pressure's behalf and can set its own cookies in your browser while you use it. It is not used to advertise to you, and your details are not sold, rented or traded.

The form is optional. Calling or texting (615) 606-2676 reaches the same person without it, and nothing on this site requires you to use the form to get an estimate.

How it is used

To respond to your inquiry, prepare an estimate, schedule and carry out the work, and follow up about it. If you become a customer, contact details are kept as an ordinary business record of work done.

Who it is shared with

Nobody, other than the estimate-form provider described above — which handles the message on Pure Pressure's behalf rather than for its own purposes — and where the law requires it. There is no marketing list, and your details are not sold or passed to anyone else.

Photographs of completed work

Before-and-after photographs of finished jobs may be used on this website and on social media, as they are on the pages of this site. These photographs show the property surface only. They are never captioned with a customer name or an address. If you would prefer photographs of your property not to be used, say so and that is the end of it.

Text messages

If you text the business number, replies come from that same number. There is no automated marketing program and no bulk texting: a message from this business is a person answering yours.

Your choices

You can ask what is held about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Call (615) 606-2676 and ask.

Changes

If this policy changes — and adding analytics or an advertising pixel to this site would change it — the effective date at the top changes with it. The estimate form described above was added on the effective date shown.
