Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this site is a price or a quote. Most of the work described here is priced by square footage and by the condition of the surface, which is why estimates are given per property and are free. A price becomes a price when it is given for your job.

Descriptions of the work

The service descriptions explain the general approach to each kind of surface. Every property is different: what a particular driveway, roof or deck will look like afterwards depends on its material, its age and its condition. Where an outcome cannot be promised — an old oil stain in porous concrete is the usual example — you will be told that before the work starts rather than after.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are of work carried out by Pure Pressure Cleaning and are its property. They show what was achieved on those particular surfaces and are not a guarantee of the result on yours.

Availability

This is a one-person business and exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. Scheduling is arranged by phone and can move when the weather does.

Who may use this site, and the messaging service

This site and the text messaging service described below are intended for people aged 18 or over. Please do not send your details, or opt in to text messages, if you are under 18.

Text messages (SMS)

Pure Pressure Cleaning is an owner-operated exterior cleaning business serving Nashville and Middle Tennessee. If you text the business number, use a "Text us" button on this site, or give a mobile number when you ask for an estimate, you can expect messages about that request and about work being done for you: replies to questions you send, a free estimate and any figures that follow from it, scheduling and arrival times, weather changes that move an appointment, and notice that a job is finished. Pure Pressure does not send marketing or promotional text messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (615) 606-2676. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

If you are experiencing issues with the messaging program you can reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or you can get help directly by calling or texting (615) 606-2676 or emailing purepressurecleaning14@gmail.com. That reaches Drake Parkinson, who is the person answering.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive messages only in connection with an estimate you have asked for or work being done for you, and message frequency varies — typically fewer than ten messages a month. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.

Governing law

Pure Pressure Cleaning operates in Tennessee, and these terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of these terms, this website or the work is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Tennessee. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Use of This Website

You may use this website for lawful purposes only — to learn about our services and to contact us. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it, interfere with its operation, scrape or copy it by automated means, or use it in any way that could harm Pure Pressure Cleaning or anyone else.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
