Estimates and pricing

Nothing on this site is a price or a quote. Most of the work described here is priced by square footage and by the condition of the surface, which is why estimates are given per property and are free. A price becomes a price when it is given for your job.

Descriptions of the work

The service descriptions explain the general approach to each kind of surface. Every property is different: what a particular driveway, roof or deck will look like afterwards depends on its material, its age and its condition. Where an outcome cannot be promised — an old oil stain in porous concrete is the usual example — you will be told that before the work starts rather than after.

Photographs

The photographs on this site are of work carried out by Pure Pressure Cleaning and are its property. They show what was achieved on those particular surfaces and are not a guarantee of the result on yours.

Availability

This is a one-person business and exterior cleaning is weather-dependent. Scheduling is arranged by phone and can move when the weather does.
